TERMS & CONDITIONS We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time. During peak times there may be an additional wait on orders through our click and collect system. The system may be temporary suspended at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and operate a Zero tolerance policy, Any rude or abusive behaviour will result in a request to leave the premises. Failure to register your vehicle at either reception or the restaurant. Failure will incur charges from UKPC
REFUND POLICY: We may refund part or all of your order where: * 1) items that you have ordered through the click and collect service are not available * 2) proof of ‘failure to deliver’ can be substantiated * 3) you have contacted us within 5 hours of the order time and brought your issue or concern to our attention. * All orders are subject to availability. * If the products are of unsatisfactory quality, mis described or incomplete you may return the item, at which time we will offer a replacement or a refund. * You should therefore check your order at the time of delivery * No exchanges or refunds will be made as a result of the quality of the products for loss or normal deterioration of the products occurring after the products are delivered. * Refunds will be only be given in the same method as the order was paid.
We will ask for valid ID for restricted items such as alcohol, if valid ID is not provided your goods will not be delivered.
